Fred partners with Boards, Founders, CEOs and Private Equity funds to execute complex M&A, restructure underperforming operations, deliver cash-focused turnarounds and strengthen governance, systems and financial control environments across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Deep expertise in IFRS/UK/US GAAP, SOX, treasury, private equity, tax strategy, investor relations, FP&A, global consolidations and multi-currency reporting. Extensive AIM and PLC experience, with a strong record in fundraising, debt restructuring, stakeholder management and delivering exits above market valuation.

Daniel brings over seven years of experience across financial planning, accounting and reporting, combining a strong technical foundation with a sharp commercial mindset. His sector exposure spans telecommunications, technology and managed IT services, construction and automotive — from mid-market operations to large multinational groups and complex, multi-entity businesses.

Working closely with CFOs and senior stakeholders, Daniel turns complex financial data into clear insight that supports confident decisions. His strengths include budgeting and rolling forecasts, profitability analysis, management reporting and finance dashboards — connecting the detail behind the numbers to the drivers of business performance.

His experience also covers financial controls, revenue recognition, intercompany and fixed asset accounting, with exposure to IFRS and US GAAP reporting. Hands-on ERP implementation and advanced Excel skills underpin his focus on better systems, reliable data and more effective reporting, including thoughtful use of AI to enhance financial analysis.
